White wine
This wine is obtained from grapes of the same name purely vinified. It is a pale yellow colour with greenish flecks and has an intense, fresh, flowery perfume. It is bright, sapid and inviting for the palate, but this is married to the grapes natural acidity with a pleasing hint of apple blossom. It is of medium body, has good persistence and is delicately aromatic, so it is an excellent choice to accompany fish or fresh cheese.
