White Wine
This blend of Trebbiano and Bombino white is a bright straw-yellow colour, balanced and elegant to the nose. The bouquet is intense and aromatic, suggesting flowers and tropical fruits, with a refreshing hint of lime at the finish. It is sapid and harmonious with good body and it offers a little acidity for the palate, which makes it the perfect accompaniment to uncooked sea food, crustaceans, pasta and rice dishes with aromatic vegetable-based sauces and crispy fried dishes.
