Rosè wine
A pleasant blend made from Montepulciano (85%) and Aglianico (15%) grapes. A dark, sparkling rosé, it has the scent of summer fruit, with wild cherries and raspberries foremost. It is an exuberant, well-structured wine with a full flavour and pleasantly acidity, reinforced by persistent freshness. It is ideal to accompany Mediterranean dishes and should be served slightly chilled to bring out the true character.
