This white is a fine example of the Greco grape. Bright straw-yellow in colour, with glittering flecks, the nose receives a rich, elegant and intense bouquet, which recalls citrus fruits and is followed by the scent of wild broom. Full and fruity on the palate, with gentle hints of tropical fruit. This white wine with rich character is ideal to accompany paté and cold game dishes, grilled fish, and (aromatic) pasta or risotto dishes made with truffle or mushrooms.
