White wine
This Malvasia is vinified purely. The straw-colour shows light green flecks and has a fresh, flowery perfume of noticeable refinement. The dry, harmonious taste and discreet body and persistence make this wine ideal for fish, vegetable bakes and fresh cheese. It may also be enjoyed as an aperitif.
