Red wine
This Sangiovese is vinified purely. It is a bright ruby-red colour, has a fresh, fragrant perfume which hints at red and violet summer fruit. The fruity taste "explodes" in your mouth, revealing itself to be harmonious with good body and persistence. It is ideal for sliced cold-meat starters, for baked or stuffed dishes, part-seasoned cheeses and fish-based soups.
